To ensure everything runs smoothly and clearly for us both, please take a moment to read through the booking terms below.

Payment of your booking fee confirms your agreement.

 

Securing Your Wedding Date

A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

​

The fee is deducted from your overall balance.

​

Your remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks before your wedding day, payable via bank transfer.

​

If the final balance is not received by the due date, I reserve the right to release the booking,

 

Bridal Trials

Trials are charged separately and take place at Signature B Salon, Monifieth.

 

Trials are a lovely opportunity for us to perfect your look and make sure you feel completely confident.

 

If you would like more than one trial, that’s absolutely fine – each session is charged individually.

Cancellation & Date Changes

I completely understand that sometimes plans change.

• If you cancel more than 3 weeks before your wedding, your booking fee will be retained.

• If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the wedding date, an additional £50 cancel fee will apply.
   

If you need to change your wedding date, I am happy to transfer your booking up to 4 weeks before the original date, subject to availability. If I am unavailable for your new date, this will be treated as a cancellation.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

 

On The Wedding Morning

To help everything run smoothly. I kindly ask for:

• A table or suitable workspace

• Access to plug sockets

• Good natural light where possible

 

Travel fees apply and will be discussed at the time of booking.

I can style a maximum of 7 people alone. For larger bridal parties, additional stylists may be required

 

In The Unlikely Event of Illness

If I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, I will do everything possible to arrange a trusted replacement stylist. If this is not possible, all payments made will be refunded in full.

 

Hair, Weather & Product Sensitivities

While I will always use professional techniques and products, I cannot guarantee longevity of styles due to:

• Weather conditions

• Hair type or texture

• Veils accessories or handling after styling

 

Please let me know in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities. I cannot accept responsibility for reactions to new products used.

 

Photography & Social Media

I love sharing beautiful bridal moments.

I may take photographs or short videos of finished hairstyles for my portfolio and social media.

 

If you would prefer not to have your images shared, simply let me know in writing before the wedding day – I completely respect your privacy.

 

Final notes

Once services have been completed, refunds cannot be issued.
